남북한 물권법의 차이점

Abstract
This article says about the difference between the law of the real rights of the South Korea and North Korea in order to grope the direction of the establishment of the civil law of the unified Korea in near future. The characteristic of law of real rights in North Korea are the following: the establishment of the conception of real rights in based upon the materialistic conception of history, the fact that the principle of the realization of national economical plan are the foundation of the real rights. And The law of north Korea doesn’t separate right of possession from ownership and limited real right except ownership is extremely simple. And the law of real rights in North Korea emphasizes ownership of all kinds of bona vacantia and performance for illegal cause should belong to the government. In addition to that, they have some typical socialistic real rights in their civil law.
