본 연구 목적은 모유 기증자와 수혜자의 경험을 기반으로 교육 정보 가이드라인을 개발하여 한국 모유은행 활성화교육의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구방법은 모유 기증자와 수혜자 총 20명으로, 다중사례분석 방법을 사용하여모유 기증 수혜의 경험 및 지식 정도, 교육 요구를 탐색한 질적 연구이다. 자료수집은 반구조화한 질문지를 사용하여1차, 2차, 3차에 걸쳐 전화 상담을 통해 기증자로부터 393개, 수혜자로부터 214개 총 607개의 진술 자료를 수집 분석하였다. 자료분석은 국외 모유은행의 가이드라인을 중심으로 상위수준과 하위수준 개념을 온톨로지에 따라 코딩하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 모유 기증자와 수혜자들은 한국의 모유은행 부족 및 교육 정보 부족으로 인해 보건소나 병원에서 교육이실시되는 것을 원하였다. 둘째, 교육 참여 방법과 모유은행 활용방안에 대한 상담 및 교육도 국가적 차원에서 통합적으로이루어지는 것을 원하였다. 이 연구결과는 추후 웹-기반 교육과 성공적인 한국형 모유은행제도 활성화를 위해 이연구결과가 기초자료로 활용될 수 있음을 시사되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of Korean breastfeeding milk bank activation education by developing educational information guidelines based on experiences of breastfeeding donors and recipients. The research method a qualitative multiple-case analysis, exploring applied of the experiences and knowledge of the breast milk donors and breast milk recipients with a total of 20 cases. The data collection is based on the semistructured questionnaires qualitative data were through telephone counseling on the first, second, and third rounds, The number of main statements from the study cases were total 607, including 393 from donors and 214 from recipients. The analysis tool base was coded according to the high level and low level concept ontology centered on the guidelines of oversea HMBs. The results First, breastfeeding donors and recipients wanted to be educated in public health centers and hospitals due to the lack of breastfeeding milk banks and lack of educational information in Korea. Second, The wanted counseling and education on how to participate in the education and the utilization of the HMB should be integrated at the national level. This study results suggests of this study can be used as basic data for web - based education and activation of KHMB system successfully.
