학교조직의 교사문화가 학교평가에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine whether the type of the culture of teachers in school organization made any significant differences to the results of school evaluation conducted by local educational authorities, what relationship there was between their culture and school evaluation and what impact the former had on the latter in an attempt to improve the quality of school education and to explore how school education and school management could be efficient enough to further the accountability of school education. As it result, a higher level of culture among teachers in school organization led to better school evaluation results, and there was a significant correlation between the two. Besides, teacher culture exerted a lot of influence on school evaluation. Four different types of teacher culture were selected, including innovative, rational, collective and hierarchical ones, and what effects each type of teacher culture produced was investigated. And it's found that the innovative culture had the biggest impact on school evaluation, followed by the rational, collective and hierarchical culture. The findings suggested that the teacher group, who are one of primary school members, should be given a more free hand in conducting education and be more responsible for that in order to ensure the efficiency of school education.
