Abstract
This article explores how philosophical counseling meets education and how to make the world of education weaving in it. Philosophy is originally the starting point by love of wisdom. When this philosophy meets counseling, it establishes the world of philosophical counseling. At this context, philosophical counseling is a teacher as counselor and a student as client, which teaches wisdom and learns wisdom through dialogue in the confrontational structure of wisdom and foolishness. This forms the world of discourse of wisdom that does not belong to the curriculum of modern education today. This evaluation of philosophical counseling in this way will provide another educational contemplation to redesign the content system of the 21st century education. Furthermore, philosophical counseling reminds us that teachers need to teach wisdom to students and that students learn wisdom through teachers.
