이 연구의 목적은 사서들을 대상으로 연구지원을 위한 데이터 큐레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램 개발과정을 공유함으로써 향후 데이터 큐레이션 교육과정 개발 시 참고해야 하는 주요 특성을 안내하고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 연구지원을 위한 데이터 큐레이션과 국내ㆍ외 데이터 큐레이션 교육 프로그램의 동향에대해 고찰하였다. 또한 방법론으로 래피드 프로토타입의 이론적 근거를 마련하였다. 이후 연구 결과에서는 래피드프로토타입 방법론을 적용하여 선행 연구 검토, 의뢰인 및 전문가 요구분석, 전문가 초점집단 면담을 통해 1차 프로토타입을 개발하였고, 2~3차에 걸친 의뢰인과 전문가의 지속적인 피드백을 통해 수정 및 보완하여, 연구지원을 위한 데이터큐레이션의 필요성, 데이터의 개념과 유형, 데이터 개방성, 데이터관리계획, 레포지터리를 활용한 데이터 큐레이션을 포함한 총 9개의 핵심주제에 기반한 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a data curation training program for research support for librarians and to share the program development process that will help direct the principal attributes that need to be considered in the training program in future studies. Accordingly, the study examined data curation for research support and trends in domestic and international data curation training programs. Also, the rationale for adopting a rapid prototype methodology for the study was discussed. Afterward, the first prototype was developed based on previous studies, client and expert need analyses, and focus group interviews and then revised over 2-3 times by continually studying feedback from clients and experts. The final program was developed based on nine key themes; the needs for data curation for research support, data concepts and types, data openness, data management plans, and data curation using repositories.
