식이와 운동의 복합 처치후 운동부하에 따른 비만 흰쥐의 혈중 대사기질, 호르몬 및 사이토카인 농도의 변화

김기진, 이인규. 식이와 운동의 복합 처치후 운동부하에 따른 비만 흰주의 혈중 대사기질, 호르몬 및 사이토카인 농도의 변화. 운동과학, 제14권 제3호, 251-266, 2005. 본 연구는 비만 흰쥐를 대상으로 6주간에 걸쳐 식이제한, 트레드밀 운동, 식이제한 및 트레드밀 운동에 의한 복합적인 처치프로그램 등을 각각 적용한 후 안정시와 경사 6-8%, 속도 20-25m/분으로 60분간의 트레드밀 운동후 혈청 글루코스, 유리지방산, 렙틴, 인슐린, 코티졸 및 성장호르몬농도, 혈장 TNF- 및 IL-6 농도 등의 변화양상을 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 생후 2주령 된 수컷 흰 쥐(Sprague-Dawley)를 총 6그룹으로 구분하여, 통제그룹(Control)과 지방식이를 자유롭게 섭취한 비만그룹과 식이, 운동, 식이 및 운동의 복합 A와 B 등의 비만처치그룹으로 구성하였다. 혈청 글루코스농도는 모든 그룹이 처치전보다 처치후에 유의하게(P<.05) 감소하였으나, 그룹간(F=.051, P>.05)에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈청 유리지방산농도는 비만처치전 비만이 유도된 그룹이 통제그룹보다 유의하게(P<.05) 높은 결과를 나타냈으며, 1회 운동 전후간에도 유의한(P<.01) 차이를 나타냈으나, 운동그룹과 복합B그룹이 처치전보다 처치후에 안정시의 유의한(P<.05) 감소현상을 나타냈다. 또한, 통계적 유의차는 없었으나, 처치전에는 모든 그룹이 1회 운동후에 감소하였으며, 처치후에는 운동, 복합A 및 복합B 그룹은 각각 1회성 운동후 증가현상을 나타냈다. 혈청 인슐린농도는 통제그룹만인 처치전보다 처치후에 안정시 및 운동후 유의하게(P<.05) 증가하였으며, 그 외 그룹별로는 처치 전후간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 운동 전후간에 유의한(F=5.769, P<.05) 차이를 나타냈으나, 그룹별로는 운동 전후간에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈청 코티졸농도는 통제그룹, 식이그룹, 복합A 및 복합B 그룹에서 처치후의 1회 운동후 유의하게(P<.05) 증가하였고, 비만그룹은 안정시에 처치후에 처치전보다 유의하게(P<.05) 증가하였으며, 처치후의 1회 운동후에는 안정시보다 유의하게(P<.05) 감소하였다. 혈장 IL-6농도는 처치 전후간에 유의한(F=22.063, P<.01) 차이를 나타냈으며, 식이그룹만이 안정시에서 처치후가 처치전보다 유의하게(P<.05) 증가하였다. 혈청 성장호르몬농도, 렙틴농도 및 혈장 TNF-α농도 등은 그룹, 처치 및 운동 전후간의 비교에서 모두 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서, 비만처치과정에서 6주간의 충분한 운동프로그램이 혈중 유리지방산농도의 감소에 가장 효과적이며, 식이제한은 지방대사 활성화 효과를 기대하기 어려우며, 비만상태는 코티졸 자극에 대한 감수성 억제현상을 나타낼 가능성이 있다고 생각된다.
