학교시설은 시대적 및 교육과정의 변화로 인해 학교시설에 물리적 변화를 가져다주었으며, 이는 다시 지역사회의 중심시설로써의 역할로 보다 자리매김하는 배경이 되게 된다. 또 이러한 시대적 배경에서 지역사회의 환경변화는 지역주민의 요구에 따라 변화하게 된다. 국내의 노인인구수의 증가에 따른 사회적 부담과 이를 해소하기 위한 복지정책과 주5일근무제와 근린생활지역에서 가지는 도보생활권에서의 삶의 질 향상을 보다 추구하게 되는데, 이에 지역주민을 위한 필요시설인 문화, 체육, 여가, 교육 시설의 확보를 위하여 지역주민은 지역사회에 요구하고 있으며 점차적으로 증가하고 있다. 학교시설은 점차적으로 지역사회의 중심시설로 기여도가 높아졌고 학교시설은 보다 다양한 공간의 활용으로 이용되기 시작하였다. 지역의 공공시설들과 복합하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 기능적 연계성이 가장 중요하고 접근성과 프라이버시의 확보가 될 수 있는 시설선정이 무엇보다도 필요한데, 국내의 경우 학교시설의 유휴시간과 유휴공간을 보다 활용하는 방안으로 학교시설의 복합화를 추진하고 있다.
Abstract
Currently the elder population ratio of domestic with 10.7% in the aging society and is increasing gradually. From 2008 April after that was changed and was enforced 'the elderly long-term care insurance law' from facility of welfare facility for elderly in homes broad assortment the facility for the elderly in even the house under magnifying will should have boiled a service to support the various service from the nation which is the possibility with the fact that, the elderly will be able to operate the life which is happier from the community in order, is a possibility becoming the plan will be able to decrease the economic charge of the nation with the fact that provides. the facility must be located center of city for the elder. but report on land and high price of land and another burden to the nation economy. this solves a problems of the elder with in the case of Japan, a higer increase in the elderly population, elderly welfare facilities and neighborgood community facilities have been intergrade to resolve the limited space of long-tern care facilities for the elderly and to combat difficulties arising from the construction and the operation of the facilities. For compelx public facilities, connection of function is more important and the choice of facility with accessibility and the privacy is more necessary. complex of school facility is a countermeasure which propel the idle time and an idle space of school in the case of within nation
