초록

본 연구의 목적은 구술기록과 그 내용의 접근과 활용을 위한 온라인 서비스 요소를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 첫째, 구술기록의 접근과 활용에 관한 인식의 변화, 계층 및 자료유형을 정리하여 온라인 서비스의 범위를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 구술기록 온라인 서비스 분석 기준을 근거로 미국구술사협회에서 제시․추천한 지침 및 가이드 5개를 비교․정리하여 서비스 요소 18개를 도출하였다. 셋째, 국내 3개 기관의 온라인 서비스 현황을 조사․분석하여 1개 요소를 추가 도출하였고 총 19개를 구술기록 내용 기반 접근 및 활용 지원을 위한 온라인 서비스 요소로 최종 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 서비스 요소는 온라인에서 구술기록을 제공하고자 하는 기관과 단체에서 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the online service elements for accessing and utilizing oral history records and content. First, the changing perspectives on access, the hierarchy and types of oral history materials were examined to define the scope of online services. Second, 18 service elements were identified by analyzing 5 guidelines from the Oral History Association. Third, 1 additional element was found from the analysis of online services from 3 domestic institutions and 19 elements were finally proposed. These elements are expected to serve as foundational resources for institutions providing the online service of the oral history records.
