본 논문의 목적은 정보통신 기술의 발전에 따라 새롭게 등장한 빅데이터 활용 관련 윤리적 이슈를 논의하고, 초·중등학생들을 대상으로 하는 빅데이터 활용에 따른 정보윤리교육 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 빅데이터 활용이 널리 보급되면서 정보수집 및 활용기술이 날로 고도화되었고, 정치, 사회, 경제, 보건, 스포츠 분야에 이르기 까지 그 영향력이 확대되고 있다. 이와 더불어 개인정보 침해, 정보독점화 및 왜곡현상, 개성의 상실과 같은 윤리적 이슈들이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초, 중, 고등학생들에게 빅데이터 관련 정보윤리교육을 실시하기 위하여 2015 개정 초, 중등학교의 도덕 및 생활과 윤리 교육과정의 내용 분석을 실시하였으며, 정보윤리 교육 방법으로 이해형과 탐구형을 제시하며 구체적인 빅데이터 관련 문제 상황과 딜레마 상황을 개발하고 이를 수업에 활용하기 위한 수업 단계별 교사의 발문을 제시하였다. 이러한 수업 방안은 빅데이터 관련 교육뿐만 아니라 향후 새롭게 등장하는 정보윤리 이슈들을 다루는데도 적용할 수 있다고 본다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to discuss ethical issues related to the emergence of new Big Data in accordance with the development of information and communication technology, and to suggest information ethics education method based on the use of big data for elementary and secondary students. With the widespread use of Big Data, information gathering and utilization technologies have become more advanced, and their influence has expanded from politics, society, economy, health, and sports. In addition, ethical issues such as personal information infringement, information monopolization and distortion, and loss of personality are frequently occurring. This study analyzed contents of Moral Education & Life and Ethics curriculum of primary & secondary school at the beginning of 2015 in order to conduct information ethics education related to Big Data to elementary, middle and high school students. This study presented the type of awareness and inquiry instruction-learning for the way to teach information ethics education related to Big Data, and developed the concrete problem situation and dilemma situation of big data with the teacher's concrete in-depth questioning in class. These teaching methods can be applied not only to education related to big data, but also to deal with emerging information ethics issues in the future.
