심리부검의 쟁점 및 개선방안 : 현행 심리부검 절차 및 방법론을 중심으로

초록

2017년 1월 자살예방법 개정으로 자살예방을 목적으로 한 심리부검에 대한 법률적 근거가뒷받침됨으로써, 앞으로 국가적, 민간적 차원의 심리부검 연구의 활성화가 기대될 수 있을것이다. 이에 반해, 심리부검 실증연구에 있어서는 절차방법상에 대한 체계적인 검토분석과개선노력이 상대적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 현행 심리부검의 절차방법상쟁점들을 분석하여 그 개선점을 제시함으로써, 향후 심리부검의 절차방법상 보다 윤리적이고신뢰로우며, 타당성있는 결과들이 담보될 수 있도록 하는 것을 궁극적인 목적으로 하였다. 우선 심리부검의 일반적인 일련의 절차적 단계에 따라 연구계획의 수립 및 IRB 심의, 연구대상자와의 접촉과정, 연구대상자의 서면동의 과정, 심리부검 면담 실시 과정, 정보제공자의 사후관리상의 쟁점들을 도출하였다. 그에 대한 개선방안으로써 IRB 제도의 확대실용화 및 전문성을 강화하고, 연구대상자의 권리 및 자율성을 보장하기 위해 연구참여에대한 충분한 정보 제공을 통한 동의 재확인 절차를 준수해야 하며, 연구방법의 신뢰성및 타당성을 확보할 수 있는 표준화된 심리부검 프로토콜 및 조사도구의 개발이 필요하며, 연구대상자 보호를 위한 종합적 가이드라인을 마련해야 한다는 점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

Recently, psychological autopsy studies at the national level domestically around the Department of Health and Human Services is continuously carried out to establish a framework of psychological autopsy. However, thorough review of analysis and their improvement efforts as well on the psychological autopsy procedure the situation is relatively scarce in Korea. This study by presenting to its improvement by analyzing procedure and methodological issues of current psychological autopsy, with the ultimate aim to ensure roasting in ethical and trusted more than procedure and validity that the results can be secured. For this, this study derived a common set of procedures to establish a research program in accordance with the ever step and IRB hearing, contact procedure of the study subjects, the subjects written consent processes, psychological autopsy interview process, issues on the follow-up of the information provider of psychological autopsy. Strengthen the expanding commercialization and professionalism of the IRB system by improvements to it, and must comply with the agreement reaffirms the procedure by providing sufficient information on the research involved to ensure the rights and autonomy of research subjects and the reliability and validity of research methods the development of standardized psychological autopsy protocol and research tools required to ensure, suggested that it prepare a comprehensive guideline for protecting research subjects
