푸코의 자기배려 이론에 기초한시나리오치료 프로그램의 개발과 효과

초록

본 연구의 목적은 미셸 푸코가 현대인의 자기배려를 위해 제시한 방법을 시나리오치료 프로그램으로 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 토대로 프로그램의 모형을 개발하고 본 모형에 입각하여 현대인의 자기배려를 위한 10회기의 자기배려 시나리오치료 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 실험집단에 실시하고 통제집단에는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 양적분석으로는 두 집단에 상호의존적 자기관, 통제감, 정서표현, 부정·긍정 정서에 대한 평균 득점이 집단 간에 차이가 있는지 알아보았으며, 사전-사후-추후 시점의 효과를 검증하였다. 질석분석으로는 참여자들의 경험에 대한 합의적 질적연구(CQR)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 개발된 자기배려 시나리오치료 프로그램은 현대인의 독립적인 자기관을 증진하며, 부정적 정서를 완화하고 통제감, 정서표현을 향상하는 데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 질적분석결과, 프로그램에서 ‘성취한 것’과 ‘치료적 요인’ 등의 7개 영역에서 19개의 범주와 52개의 하위범주가 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a Scenario Therapy Program with the method suggested by Michel Foucault for care of the self and to verify its effects. To this end, a Care of the Self Scenario Therapy Program of 10 sessions was developed based on a model developed through literature study. Developed Scenario Therapy Program was performed in the experimental group and non in the control group. Pre, post and after a month survey of interdependent self-view, a sense of control, the expression of emotions and negative/positive emotions were conducted on both experimental and control group. Quantitative analysis results were supplemented by conducting a consensus qualitative study (CQR) on the participants' experience. As a result of the study, the developed Care of the Self Scenario Therapy Program showed significant effects in reducing negative emotions and interdependent self-view, and improved sense of control, expression of emotions and positive emotion. For qualitative analysis, 19 categories and 52 subcategories in 7 domains were resulted such as ‘achievements’ and ‘therapeutic factors’ of the program. Based on the results, suggestions and implications for follow-up studies were discussed.
