대학생의 취업스트레스가 진로결정에 미치는 영향 : 취업불안과 체제정당화의 이중매개효과

초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 진로결정에서 개인적 요인과 함께 사회⋅환경적 요인도 고려해야 하는 필요성을 연구하였다. 특히 사회⋅환경적으로 순응하고 옹호하는 체제정당화에 대해 심리학적으로 탐색하고 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 사람들이 현 상태의 체제를 옹호하거나 유지하려는 이유는 그 체제 안에 개인의 삶의목표와 성취가 있기 때문이다. 이에 체제정당화한다는 것이 진로결정에 매개하여 목표를 달성하는지 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 대학생들의 취업스트레스가 진로결정에 미치는 영향에서 취업불안과 체제정당화가이중매개하는지를 연구하였다. 그 결과를 보면, 취업스트레스는 진로결정에 영향을 미치고 있었고, 취업불안과 제제정당화는 이중매개하면서 진로결정에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 우리 사회에서 대학생들의 진로결정에서 사회⋅환경적 요인을 충분히 고려해야 함에 대한 필요성을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the necessity of considering social andenvironmental factors as well as personal factors in university students' careerdecisions. In particular, the purpose is to psychologically explore and analyze thesystem justification that conforms and advocates socially and environmentally. Thereason why people want to defend or maintain the current system is that individuallife goals and achievements are within it. Therefore, it was intended to study whethersystem justification achieve goals by mediating career decisions. To this end, westudied whether job-seeking anxiety and system justification double mediate the effectof university students' job-seeking stress on career decisions. As a result, job-seekingstress was affecting career decision-making, and job anxiety and system justificationwere influencing career decision-making through double mediation. Based on theseresults, we discussed the need to fully consider social and environmental factorswhen making career decisions for college students in our society.
