This study focused on the globalization of Gwangyang-bay circle through consolidation of Sunchon City, Gwangyang City and Yeousu City. Even though each city pursue globalization, it is slight. Gwangyang port compete to increase cargo flows and Yeousu City has been preparing to be successful EXPO. Now Suncheon City is standing at the starting point preparing of 2013 Suncheon bay international garden exposition. But it takes more time each city to be globalized. So it is necessary to consolidate Sunchon City, Gwangyang City and Yeousu City.
Abstract
