초록
In this study, in order to identify the positive effects of yoga exercises that can be easily performed at home on the arteriosclerosis index and CRP, the effect was analyzed by comparing them with general compound exercises presented by ACSM. The subjects of this study were middle-aged women residing in G city who had no recent experience of participating in regular exercise, no past medical history, and 10 yoga exercise groups and 10 complex exercise groups, total of 20 people. The effect of the yoga exercise program in this study was compared and analyzed with compound exercise. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that yoga exercise had a significant improvement effect on lower and upper extremity muscular strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Second, CRP concentration after yoga exercise was not significant but decreased.
