In order to verify the relationship between academic grit, resilience, and career preparation behavior of college students majoring in healthcare, this study collected data from university students currently majoring in healthcare at universities. and reliability, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed a significant explanatory relationship in the relationship between student grit and resilience. The magnitude of explanatory power appeared in the order of positivity, controllability, and sociability. Second, it showed a significant influence relationship between student grit and career preparation behavior. Third, it showed a significant influence relationship between resilience and career preparation behavior. The magnitude of explanatory power appeared in the order of practical effort activity, information gathering activity, and tool provision activity. In future follow-up studies, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the degree of career preparation behavior and actual employment.
