초록
With the rapid development of mountain outdoor tourism, community participation as a key driver of sustainable tourism development has received extensive academic attention. However, how to effectively enhance residents' participation, especially in areas with abundant local resources but low participation behavior, remains an issue that needs to be explored in depth. Based on the social exchange theory and focusing on the Heizhugou area, this study systematically explores the key drivers of community participation by constructing a research model of residents' perceptions and community participation behaviors. The study empirically tested the model using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), and further applied fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to identify multiple typical paths that can trigger high community participation behaviors. The results show that the community participation behavior of Heizhugou area residents is significantly influenced by the unique traditional culture of the Yi ethnic group in Xiaoliangshan, the unique geomorphological features of Heizhugou and the supply mode of the tourism industry. This paper not only verifies the applicability of social exchange theory in the field of mountain tourism, but also reveals the complexity and diversity of community participation behaviors, which provides concrete practical reference for tourism policy makers and new research perspectives and theoretical expansion for academics
