Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of TraditionalKorean Medicine (TKM) on hyperprolactinemiaMethods: The patient in this case was a 26-year-old female. The patient wasdiagnosed as hyperprolactinemia with oligomenorrhea a month ago. We treated byIckibohyoultang-gami and evaluated treatment effect by serum prolactin and basalbody temperature. Results: After treatment, the Hyperprolactinemia value reduced and returnednormal approach. And disorder of menstruation and basal body temperature becamestable. Conclusions: TKM treatment is effective in patients with Hyperprolactinemiaand disorder of menstruation.
