위축성 질염으로 진단받은 폐경 여성 환자에 대한 한방치료 치험 2례

목적 : 위축성 질염은 폐경 여성에 있어서 흔한 질환이다. 이 질환의 한의학적 치료의 효과에 대한 몇몇 연구들은 있지만 그 수는 부족한 실정이다. 이에따라 이번 연구를 통해 폐경 여성의 위축성 질염에 대한 한의학적 치료의 효과에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 방법 : 위축성 질염을 호소하는 2명의 폐경 여성들을 대상으로 하며, 한약, 뜸, 침 등의 한의학적 치료를 시행하였다 결과 : 한의학적 치료 이후, 위축성 질염의 증상들이 개선되었다. 결론 : 폐경 여성의 위축성 질염에 있어서 한의학적 치료가 효과가 있음을 제시한다.
Abstract
Objectives : Atrophic vaginitis is common disease in menopausal women. There are some studies about effective of the Korean medicine therapies to treat this disease, but cases are still deficiency. This study aims to report the effects of Korean medicine therapies on atrophic vaginitis in menopausal women. Methods : 2 menopausal women patients, who are suffered from atrophic vaginitis, were enrolled in this study. They received Korean medicine therapies such as herbal medicine, moxibustion, and acupuncture. Results : After Korean medicine therapies, severity of symptoms of atropic vaginitis were reduced. Conclusion : The present study suggests that Korean medicine therapies have a effect on atrophic vaginitis in menopausal women.
