기관내 삽관 환자를 위한 컴퓨터 활용 의사소통 도구의 적용 효과

기관내 삽관 치료를 받는 대상자는 기관내 삽관 자체로 인해 언어적 의사소통이 어려우며, 이로 인해 좌절, 분노 등 부정적인 정서를 경험하게 된다. 대상자들이 느끼는 부정적 정서 반응은 대상자들이 인지하는 의사소통의 어려움이 클수록 많이 느끼고 이러한 경험을 기억하는 것은 기관내 삽관 치료를 받은 기간이 영향을 미친다. 또한 기관내 삽관 동안 의사소통을 하면서 피곤함이나 탈진됨을 경험하였다.적절한 정보의 제공은 대상자들의 안도감을 위해 꼭 필요한 간호중재임을 알 수 있었다.
