목적: 본 연구는 수용개작의 방법으로 간헐도뇨관련 합병증을 예방하기 위한 근거기반간호실무지침을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구에서 간헐도뇨 간호실무지침의 수용개작은 병원간호사회에서 개발한 간호분야 실무지침 수용개작 방법론에 따라 9개 모듈 24단계를 거쳐 진행되었다. 연구결과: 새로이 개발된 간헐도뇨 간호실무지침은 머리글. 간헐도뇨에 대한 이해, 권고요약, 권고, 참고문헌, 부록 등으로 구성되어 있다. 권고는 간헐도뇨전 사정, 물품 선정, 간헐도뇨 실시, 합병증 관리, 교육과 상담 등 5개 영역 50개이었다. 영역별 권고 수는 간헐도뇨전 사정 11, 물품 선정 14개, 간헐도뇨 실시13개, 합병증 관리 5개, 교육과 상담 7개이고, 권고등급 분포는 A가 3개(6%), B가 5개(10%), C가 41개(82%), 미해결 1개(2%)이었다. 결론: 본 간헐도뇨 간호실무지침은 체계적인 수용개작 방법에 따라 다양한 전문가가 참여하여 국내에서 처음으로 개발된 것으로, 전국의 의료기관이나 지역사회 다양한 기관에서 간헐도뇨를 실시하는 경우 이 지침을 사용하기를 제언한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was aimed to develop evidence-based nursing practice guideline for preventing intermittent urinary catheterization (IUC) related complications using guideline remake process. Methods: Guideline remake process was conducted according to guideline adaptation manual developed by Gu et al (2012) which consisted of threemain phases and 9modules including a total of 24 steps. Results: Newly developed IUC guideline consists of introduction, overview of intermittent catheterization, summary of recommendations, recommendations, references, and appendices. There were 50 recommendations in 5 sections including assessment, equipments, catheterization, complications management, and education/consult. Three recommendations (6%) were graded A, and five (10%) and 41 recommendations(82%) were B and C, respectively. Conclusion: The IUC remade-guideline was developed based on evidence-based nursing and therefore, this guideline is recommended to be disseminated and utilized by nurses nationwide to improve the quality of care for IUC and to decrease the IUC related complications
