부모의 가정내 변혁적 리더십과 부모역할 행동이 유아의 셀프 리더십에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부모의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 부모의 변혁적 리더십과 부모의 역할 행동이 어떤 차이가 있는지 파악하고, 유아의 셀프 리더십과의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 어린이집에 다니고 있는 347명 유아의 부모를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 부모의 변혁적 리더십의 차이를 검증한 결과 전반적으로 유의미 하였다. 즉, 가정 내 변혁적 리더십의 모든 하위 요인에서 어머니가 아버지에 비해 리더십을 발휘하는 수준이 높게 나타나 가정내 변혁적 리더십이 높음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 부모역할 행동 전체에서도 어머니가 아버지보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높았으며 모든 하위 요인에서 어머니가 아버지보다 부모역할 행동이 더 높은 경향이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 부모의 변혁적 리더십과 부모역할 행동이 유아의 셀프 리더십에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과 가정 내 변혁적 리더십이 높을수록 유아의 셀프 리더십 또한 높고, 부모역할 행동이 높을수록 유아의 셀프 리더십이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아의 삶의 질을 향상 시키는 부모의 변혁적 리더십과 부모역할행동은 중요하며, 유아의 셀프 리더십을 증진하기 위해서 부모의 리더십과 부모역할 행동 역량 강화를 위한 다각적인 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to research the differences between the transformational leadership and the role of parental behavior according to the demographic variables of the parents, and to identify their relationship with the child's self-leadership. The care facilities 347 parents of infants is the subject of this study. Data were collected and analyzed using frequency analysis, ANOVA, and correlation analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, depending on the demographic characteristics of the parents, the difference between the transformational leadership sub-scales was significant. Second, the correlation analysis showed that transformational leadership and parenting behaviors in the home were significant for investigating the relationship between them and the self-leadership of children. This study can contribute to promoting the leadership abilities of young children by examining the leadership of their parents at home. More diversified research is needed to strengthen the capacity of acting of parents of children involved in leadership, self-leadership and the role of acting, thus improving the quality of families’ lives.
