본 논문에서는 웹 페이지의 배색에 따른 감성평가치를 바탕으로 감성기반 웹 페이지 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 웹 페이지의 색상정보를 자동으로 추출하여 데이터베이스에 색인하는 모듈과 감성형용사가 주어졌을 때 감성과 관련된 색상배색이 많이 포함된 웹 페이지를 내림차순으로 검색하는 모듈로 구성된다. 구현된 시스템의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실제 웹 페이지를 대상으로 시스템이 검색한 순위와 사용자 설문조사와 전문가 평정에 의한 순위를 비교 분석한다. 사용자 설문조사 결과 18개의 감성형용사 중 10개의 형용사에 대해 통계적으로 적합한 결과를 보였으며, 상/하위 5개의 사이트만을 고려한 전문가 평정에서는 14개의 형용사가 적합한 결과를 보였다.
Abstract
In this paper, we propose a web page retrieval system based on the sensibility evaluation induced by the color combination of web pages. The realized system consist of two modules - the indexing module that automatically extracts and indexes the color information from the web page and the retrieval module that retrieves web pages based on the color combination when sensibility adjective is presented. Also, to verify the system usefulness, we analyzed the ranking of web pages retrieved by the system and by human subjects (non-experts and experts for color web page design) using two statistical methods of correlation and paired-t test. Results by non-experts showed the realized system was suitable for 10 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives, and results by experts showed that the realized system was suitable for 14 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives.
