이 연구는 경영자 특성, 내부자원능력, 산업환경이 전략 및 조직구조의 매개를 통해서, 그리고 직접적으로 주관적 성과에 미치는 인과적 영향을 파악하여 경영성과의 영향요인을 규명할 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 부품ㆍ소재 중소ㆍ벤처기업체를 대상으로 경영성과 영향요인과 경영성과에 관련된 선행연구를 기초로 하여 일련의 연구가설을 제시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영전략에는 경영자의 심리적 특성, 역량특성, 내부자원, 산업환경이 영향을 미치고, 조직구조에는 경영자의 역량특성이 영향을 미치며, 경영성과에는 내부자원이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 경영자 특성, 산업환경은 매개변수인 전략, 조직구조의 매개변수를 통하여 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was carried out with the objective of making a close inquiry on the factors that have influence on managerial achievement, by grasping the causal effect that management characteristics, internal resource ability and industrial environment, through the medium of strategy and organizational structure and directly, have on subjective achievement. To do this, we have presented and verified a series of hypotheses, using as a foundation prior studies relating to influencing factors on management achievement and management achievement conducted on small and medium-sized companies and venture companies specializing in parts and materials. The major results are summarized as follows: (1) It was found out that business strategy is related to CEO's psychological characteristics, CEO’s competence, internal‐resources of business, and industrial environment. (2) It was found out that CEO’s competence is related to organization structure. (3) It was found out that Internal‐resources of business were related to business strategy, organization structure, and subjective performance. (4) Business strategy and organization structure were related to subjective performance. (5) CEO's characteristics and industrial environment were related to subjective performance by means of business strategy and organization structure.
