차세대 상업교육을 위한 중년층의 전·후기 라이프스타일에 따른 노후대책에 관한 연구

우리나라는 2000년에 들어서면서 고령화 사회에 접어들면서 노인문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 상업교육대상으로 가능성을 보기위한 탐색연구로 중년기 40대와 50대의 라이프스타일과 노후대책이 어떻게 다르며, 라이프스타일이 노후대책이 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 40대의 중년초기와 50대의 중년후기에 대한 라이프스타일 요인들을 판별분석한 결과, 40대는 개방적 성향과 개인적 성향을 보이며, 50대는 보수적 성향과 전통적 성향과 관련되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 40대의 중년초기와 50대의 중년후기에 대한 노호생활대책을 판별분석한 결과에서는 중년초기는 경제적 노후대책과 정적인 관계를 가지며, 50대의 중년후기는 사회적·신체적 노후대책과 정적 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 라이프스타일 요인들과 노후대책 요인들의 정준상관분석에서는 반개방적이며 개인적 성향의 라이프스타일을 가진 중년층은 경제적인 노후대책에는 부적으로 관련되지만 사회적 노후대책에 정적으로 관련되는 것으로 나타났으며, 개방적이며 개인적인 성향의 라이프스타일을 가진 중년층은 경제적·사회적인 노후대책에 대해서는 부적인 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났고 보수적인 성향의 라이프스타일을 가진 중년층은 신체적 노후대책과 정적인 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Korea has entered an aging society witnessing the rapid increase in the number of people aged 65 and over as advanced medical skills and improved living standards increased life expectancy and decreased the mortality rate. Therefor the aging population has emerged as a significant problem to the Korea society and naturally their concerning on how to live their old age has been increased. The Purpose of this study is to identify the effects of lifestyle on the old-aged counterplans for the middle-aged. This study classified the middle-aged into the 40-aged and the 50-aged. The analysis results of the research are as follows. First, the lifestyle factors have discriminated significantly on the 40-aged and the 50-aged. While the 50-aged had more opened-hearted factor and individual factor of lifestyle than the 50-aged, the 50-aged had more conservative factor and individual factor of lifestyle than the 40-aged. Second, the old-aged life preparation factors had not discriminated significantly on the 40-aged and the 50-aged in discrimination analysis. But the 40-aged had positive relation with the emotional preparation and had negative relation with physical preparation and the economic preparation in linear discrimination function. And the 50-aged had positive relation the physical preparation and the economic preparation and had negative relation with the emotional preparation in linear discrimination function. Third, the lifestyle factors had significant canonical correlation with the old-aged life preparation factors. The emotional preparation factor had positive correlation negative relation with the open-hearted lifestyle. Also the physical preparation had positive relation with the individual lifestyle. Finally the economic preparation had positive relation with the individual lifestyle but had negative relation with the conservative lifestyle.
