본 연구는 간호대학생의 건강신념, 건강가치성, 감염관리 인지도 및 감염관리 수행정도와 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적조사 연구이다. 연구방법은 3,4학년 간호대학생 200명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 분석방법은 t-test와 ANOVA, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 감염관리 수행도는 감염관리 인지도, 지각된 심각성, 지각된 개연성, 지각된 유익성, 건강가치성과 유의한 양의 상관관계를, 지각된 장애성과는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 건강신념의 하위요소와 감염관리 인지도는 간호대학생의 감염관리 수행도에 대한 설명력은 77%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 감염관리 수행도 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 근거와 향후 연구의 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 그 의의를 둘 수 있다.
Abstract
This study is a descriptive survey to identify factors affecting the health beliefs, health values, infection control awareness, and infection control performance of nursing students. The research method was a structured questionnaire targeting nursing students, and the analysis methods were t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the infection control performance of nursing students showed a significant positive correlation with infection control awareness, perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, perceived benefit, and health values, and a significant negative correlation with perceived obstacles. The sub-factors of health beliefs and infection control awareness were found to explain 77% (F=66.07, p<.001) of the infection control performance of nursing students. The results of the study are significant in that they provide the basis for developing a program to improve infection control performance of nursing students and basic data for future research.
