천골 부전골절에서 골시멘트 보강한경피적 나사못 고정술- 증례 보고 -

천골 부전 골절은 골다공증 노인 인구의 증가로 이제 드문 질환이 아니다. 천골 부전 골절은 비수술적 치료를 하였으나 최근에는 수술적 방법인 천추골 성형술(sacroplasty)을 이용하여 좋은 결과를얻고 있다. 저자들은 천추골 성형술의 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 새로운 수술 방법인 골 시멘트 보강경피적 나사못 고정 방법을 시행하였다. 이 방법으로 골다공증 골에서 강한 나사못 고정과 골유합을얻을 수 있어서 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
Abstract
Sacral insufficiency fractures (SIFs) are no longer a rare type of fracture in the elderly. To date, SIFs havetypically been treated conservatively. Sacroplasty has recently been used in treatment of SIFs, with a good result. In order to solve the problems of sacroplasty, the authors performed a new surgical technique, percutaneousiliosacral screw fixation with cement augmentation, for SIFs. Secure fixation of the screw in osteoporotic bonewas achieved and biological bone union was obtained. We present this case with a review of the literature.
