Abstract

This study proposed an integrated evaluation framework based on multi-models and double standards to quantitatively analyze the effect of the combination of de-identification data attributes on the risk of inferring sensitive information. As a result of composing 1,023 combinations of 10 characteristics related to behavior and sleep and measuring the performance of predicting sensitive information by combination with accuracy and F1-score through 10 types of machine learning classifiers, 66.4% of the total exceeded the level of random reasoning, and the accuracy boundary value of the top 25% section was 0.697. The risk is distributed as 24.3% 'high risk', 25.5% 'risk', 16.5% 'medium', and 33.6% 'relief', proving that there is a high likelihood of analogy with non-identification characteristics alone, and providing the basis for a balanced policy and technical response between personal information protection and data use.
