파라림픽대회 분석을 통한 한국장애인스포츠의 진흥방안

Abstract

With the Sydney Paralympics Games, we now face a disability sports movement that is fast changing into a elite sports. If we consider the technological advancement in the equipment and combining of classes, disabled sports movement will no doubt be developing parallel with it's counterpart. However, we can also forsee some side effects with the introduction of banned drugs and marketing into disabled sports. To enable development in disabled sports, we need to improve the environment of disabled sports by increasing chance for athletes to compete in national and international games, development of life sports, support for sports organizations and building of new sports complexes. We also need to improve the conditions of those winning athletes.
