초록

Abstract

Salivary gland choristoma (ectopic or heterotopic salivary gland tisue) is a rare condition that ocurs in various locations within r-mal site. It apears to be a developmental abnormality and may be asociated with abnormalities of adjacent structures. Salivary gland choristoma in the midle ear usually ocurs with unilateral conductive hearing los and requires a diferential diagnosis from other mas lesions in the midle ear cavity. Because the lesions commonly involve the facial nerve, intraoperative facial nerve in the middle ear with a review of the literature.
