원발성 혀농양 1예

Abstract
The abscess of the tongue is extremely rare. Abscess is believed to be caused by comensal organisms as two types of anaerobes diagnosis of the tongue abscess, and a careful history is also essential in establishing the diagnosis. The treatment of this abscess is incision, drainage and use proper antimicrobial agents. We report a case of a tongue abscess which was treated by a combin-ation antimicrobial therapy and needle aspiration. We discus the results of diferential diagnosis and management.
