Abstract

Cylindrical cel papiloma, the rarest among papilomas of the sinonasal tract, are subdivided into inverted papiloma, fungiform al fea-tures of an inverted papiloma. It usually originates from the lateral nasal wal and sinuses (mainly maxilary and ethmoid sinus). With a review of literature, we report a case of a 47-year-old male with cylindrical cell papilloma originating from the sphenoid si-nus, which has been removed by an endoscopic approach.
