Abstract
In korea, the abortions of 1.5 million cases have been done every year. It means Korea is the paradise of abortions. Therefore the problem of life's respect and human being's dignity the most important issues in our society. Human being's life should be absolutely protected and the nation's duty is to protect it. In discussion of life's dignity, there were ethics' aspect and legal aspect. In this thesis I investigated the leading case of Roe v. Wade and analyzed the tendency of case law in U.S.A and Germany. In this regards, I checked some problems of the related acts on abortion in our country.
