Before correction The BCR-ABL1 fusion gene is found in about 25% of adult ALL cases. An e1a3-type BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript is found in about 70% of cases, and major breakpoint transcripts (e13a2, e14a2) are found in about 30% of cases.
