정상혈압과 고혈압 전단계에서의 심혈관계질환 위험인자 비교

초록

배경 : 고혈압 전단계에 있는 사람들은 혈압이 정상인 사람들에 비해 고혈압으로 되기 쉬우며, 고혈압은 심혈관계 질환의 위험인자로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 정상혈압인 사람들과 고혈압 전단계인 사람들에서 심혈관계질환의 위험인자들이 차이가 있는지,그리고 이들 인자들 중 고혈압 전단계와 관련성 있는 인자는 어떤 것인지 알기 위해 시도하였다.방법 : 건강검진을 받은 사람들 중에서 정상혈압인 사람 3,732명과 고혈압 전단계인 사람 676명을 대상으로 연령, 체질량지수,공복혈당, 총콜레스테롤, 중성지방, 저밀도 콜레스테롤, 고밀도콜레스테롤, 고감도 C-반응성 단백질, 리포지단백(a)과 백혈구수를 비교하였다.결과 : 고혈압 전단계인 사람들의 연령, 체질량지수, 공복혈당,중성지방, 총콜레스테롤이 정상혈압인 사람들에 비해 남녀 모두에서 더 높았으며, 저밀도 콜레스테롤은 여성 고혈압 전단계에서더 높았으나, 고밀도 콜레스테롤은 더 낮았다. 이들 위험인자들 중고혈압 전단계로의 이행의 위험인자는 연령, 체질량지수 및 중성지방이었다.
