2009년 개정 초등 3-4학년 7종 미술교과서 참고작품 적합성 사례분석

Abstract

With the frequent change of curriculum, it is necessary to examine and analyze in various ways new art textbooks that were compiled in a very short time. The art textbooks for 3rd and 4th graders revised in 2009 began to be used in 2014 with the change of system from the government published textbook system to the government authorized textbook system. It is thought that 7 types of government authorized art textbooks for 3rd and 4th graders have better paper quality and content, but they were compiled in a very short time. So there has been insufficient time to study and examine them. This study examines these art textbooks centering on the reference works included in them. These 7 types of art textbooks contain 407 reference works in total, and 55 reference works in each on average. This study classified the reference works into Korean works and foreign works and analyzed their distribution by artist and country. In detail, first, the number of works included were analyzed by art textbook. Second, the number of works included were analyzed by country. Third, works by the same artist were analyzed. Fourth, the number and level of basic works and advanced works were analyzed. Fifth, the accuracy of the year, artist's name, and material of work were analyzed. Based on the study findings, this study compares the number of basic works and advanced works in the art textbooks for 3rd and 4th graders and their characteristics with those in government published art textbooks for 3rd and 4th graders. The purposes of this research are to know whether referece works in the newly revised art textbooks are properly suggested in accordance with the levels of students, and to study the methods for the qualitative supplement in classes.
