저자들은 로타바이러스 위장관염으로 입원한 15개월 여아에서 지속성 구토와, 복부팽만, 식욕부진으로 발현된 바이러스 감염 후 발생한 위마비 1예를 경험하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다.
