우하복부 통증을 주소로 내원한 복막수염(Epiploic Appendagitis) 1예

저자들은 우하복부 통증을 주소로 내원한 11세 남아에서 복부 초음파와 복부 컴퓨터 단층 촬영으로 복막수염을 진단하고, 대증 요법만으로 회복된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
