초록
The complete genome of Escherichia coli strain PEC011, an extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)-producing isolate from a canine case of pyometra, was determined. The genome consisted of a 4,755,675 bp chromosome and five plasmids, encoding 5,434 proteins. Antibiotic resistance genes were identified in the genome, including blaCMY-2 on the chromosome, aac(3)-IId and blaTEM-1B on IncFIB/IncFII/Col56 multi-replicon plasmid, and blaCTX-M-55 on the other IncI1-I(alpha) ST16 plasmid.
