초록
Salmonella enterica serovar Mbandaka strain PSL038 was isolated from a dog with urinary tract infection in South Korea. The genome was determined using the PacBio Revio long-read sequencing platform, which consisted of a 4.75 Mb chromosome and a 13.7 kb plasmid. Annotation was performed through the Bacterial and Viral Bioinformatics Resource Center, assigning 4,738 coding sequences. The genome showed a 99.93% average nucleotide identity when compared with that of reference strain SA20026234. In silico serotyping identified antigenic determinants as 7:z10:e,n,z15, and six Salmonella pathogenicity islands (SPI-1 to SPI-5 and SPI-9) were present.
