Abstract

Corporate social responsibility(CSR) has been increasingly required as the corporations have been recently given a great deal of weight on their societies. Therefore, there have been researches about the CSR in a variety of areas. However, there are still only a few about the CSR in the relationship among corporations. In other words, the existing researches, being studied in economics and other various areas, have investigated on the relationship among various stakeholders, mainly focusing on the primary stakeholders such as consumers, investors, and employees. On the other hand, there were not enough researches about the B2B customers, such as suppliers, buyers, affiliated companies, and so on, which were contributing to a majority of company performance, even though they were a member of the primary stakeholders. Thus, the purposes of this study were to investigate about the CSR in the relationship among corporations, which was not discovered in other researches, by analyzing the CSR concepts and existing CSR researches and especially to approach to the interactive antecedents, affecting the CSR in the relationship among corporations, in an empirical manner. Mutual trust, interdependence, mutual cooperation, and communication openness were presented as the antecedents, and their hypotheses, except the interdependence, were supported as a result.
