비유의 윤리적 의미와 신학적 해석의 가능성: 누가복음 10:29-37에 대한 해석학적 연구

예수의 비유는 일반적으로 한 가지 문자적이고 윤리적인 의미를 지니고 있다. 그러 나 성경에서 예수의 몇몇 비유는 문자적인 윤리적 의미뿐 아니라 상징적인 신학적 의 미를 지니고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 신학적 의미를 지닌 비유의 해석 방법을 모색하 기 위해 가장 잘 알려진 선한 사마리아인 비유의 해석에 초점을 두고 있다. 연구 방법 으로는 비유의 세부 사항에 대한 해석의 범위를 한정하기 위해 인접 문맥 읽기와 주요 용어를 중심으로 언어학적 접근을 시도한다. 또한 누가복음 전체의 구조와 배경을 고 려한다. 이러한 방법들은 비유 본문 자체의 문자적 의미를 보존할 뿐 아니라 세부 사항에 무리한 영적 의미를 부여하는 알레고리 해석을 피하고, 예수가 비유로 무엇을 의도했 는지 알 수 있도록 함축된 신학적 의미를 찾는 일에 유용하다. 그 결과, 선한 사마리 아인의 비유가 이웃 사랑의 윤리적 의미뿐만 아니라 진정한 이웃이 된 사마리아인이 암묵적으로 예수를 지칭하는 신학적 의미도 전달한다는 것을 보여준다.
Abstract
Most parables of Jesus have one literal and ethical meaning. A few parables of Jesus in the Bible, however, clearly have the symbolic, theological meanings as well as the literal ethical meanings. The purpose of this paper is to examine one of the most well known parable of the Good Samaritan, as well as the interpretation methods of a few parables having theological meanings. As a research method, this study attempts the immediate context reading and the linguistic approach, focusing on usage of key words in the text to limit the scope of the allegorical interpretation on the details of the parables. It also considers in part the structure and background of Luke as a whole. These methods will be useful for preserving the literal meaning of the text itself, avoiding the excessive allegorical interpretations that give the excessive spiritual meanings in the details, and for finding the implied theological meanings so that one could know what Jesus intended by the parables. As a result, this research shows that the parable of the good Samaritan conveys not only the ethical meaning of loving neighborhood but also the theological meaning that the Samaritan, who showed mercy and became a true neighbor, implicitly refers to Jesus.
