This study has attempted to seek a development of missional strategy and program for Children in Korean Churches, where the number of children congregation has been declining and as result the average age of the congregation are older promptly. For this study, references in relations to this area has been reviewed in terms of development of missional strategy and program development and required statistics have been collected. From this,it has been suggested that providing equal opportunity to children,supporting parents in children rearing, creating church environment attracting to children, generating children's participation in church ministries, developing an appropriate and efficient practical mission strategy for children, organizing or vitalizing the department in the local church for children mission, and securing financ and man power are should be considered when the churches are practicing children mission.
