본 연구는 “평생교육사의 전문성 역량강화를 위해서 인문학 콘텐츠를 어떻게 활용할 것인가?”에 관한 물음에서 시작되었다. 구체적인 연구내용으로 첫째, 문학작품을 자기전문성 확장을 위한 텍스트로 활용하였다. 둘째, 전문성 역량강화 텍스트로써의 ‘공간읽기’를 제시하였다. 공간은 내가 그 속에서 행복감을 느낄 때 의미 있는 실체가 된다. 더 이상 맥락에 따라 정해진 공간이 아니라 사람들과의 관계, 공간이 지닌 상징적 의미들을 발견하고 체험하는 ‘공간성’을 만들어 가는데 집중하였다. 셋째, 전문성 역량강화 텍스트로써의 ‘인간읽기’를 제시하였다. 이것은 건강학적 관점의 문화읽기라고 할 수 있다. 건강학적 관점은 그동안 주목받지 못했던 문화콘텐츠 발굴 뿐 아니라 그것을 체험하는 이에게 자기성장 및 자기발견의 기회를 제공하였다. 텍스트로써의 문학읽기, 공간읽기, 인간읽기를 포함하는 새로운 접근은 인문학을 더욱 풍성하고 역동적인 문화산업 재원으로 재탄생시킬 것이다. 또한 기존의 문화에 인문학텍스트가 가진 자기발견과 치유적 가치를 융합하는데 기여할 것이다. 이것은 일방향적인 것이 아니라 상호소통하고 상호감응하며 상호공감하는 것을 전제한다.
Abstract
This paper starts from the question, “How the humanities contents can be utilized to improve the professional competences of the lifelong educators?” The details are as follows: First, Literature is used as a text to broaden the professional capabilities; Second, “Space Reading” is presented as a text for strengthening processional capabilities. Instead of focusing on a designated space in line with the context, I tried to create “Spatiality” where symbolic meanings of the space and the relationships with others can be found and experienced; Thirdly, “Human Reading” is presented as another text for strengthening professional capabilities. It also can be said “reading culture from the health science perspectives.” This new approach that embraces space reading and human reading in addition to literature reading as a text will help the humanities become more enriched and dynamic resources for the cultural industry. Moreover, it will make a significant contribution to converge the self-discovery and healing values of texts in the humanities on existing cultures. This is based not on one way but on mutual communications, mutual responses and mutual sympathy.
