무안반도(무안군, 목포시) 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 인식을 통한 치유농업의 장기적 운영관리방안

인간과 환경에 긍정성을 전달하는 식물을 매개체로 하는 활동이 2000년대 이후, 관심을 받고 있다. 특히, 인간의 육체적, 정신적 긍정성을 전달하는 치유농업에 관한 기존 연구는 이를 증명한다. 더욱이, 국내가 고령화 시대로 빠르게 진입되고 있어 고령자들의 건강 증진 활동에 보다 관심을 가져할 시기이기에 치유농업은 대안으로서 상당한 의미를 가진다. 그러나, 치유농업의 상당한 긍정적 영향에도 불구하고 치유농업 조성 후 지속적 관리에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 더하여, 일반적인 유지관리 뿐만 아니라 운영관리에 대한 지속가능한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 이에 본 연구는 치유농업의 긍정성을 지속적으로 유지하기 위해 장기적 관점에서의 운영관리를 위해 무안군과 목포시 노인여가복지시설의 종사자들의 인식을 이해와 시사점을 제시하기 위함이다. 인터뷰를 통해 수집된 자료는 텍스톰 프로그램을 이용하여 텍스트마이닝 분석을 통해 빈도수 분석, N-gram 분석, TF-IDF 분석, 연결 중심성 분석, 매트릭스 분석을 실시하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사자들은 치유농업의 장기 운영관리를 위해 이해관계자 참여를 통한 파트너십, 둘째, 커뮤니티 중심의 유지관리의 지속성이 제기하는 커뮤니티 활성화, 셋째, 전문인력 확보를 통한 재원마련의 필연성, 넷째, 치유농업사와 같은 치유농업 전문 인력의 운영관리 참여, 다섯째, 다양한 이해관계자들의 의사결정 참여를 바탕으로 재원마련과 파트너쉽의 활성화의 필요성의 결과를 도출하였다. 이와 같은 결과의 도출은 매트릭스 분석에서의 상관성에서도 유의미한 정(+)의 결과를 도출하였다. 이에, 다양한 이해관계자들의 의사결정 참여와 적극적 활동을 기반으로 하는 거버넌스형 유지관리, 공공 및 민간 참여 파트너십 구축을 통한 재원마련 및 거버넌스 확대, 정책을 중심으로 하는 거버넌스, 파트너십, 재원마련을 정합한 통합형 계획의 관련법안에 적용의 시사점을 제시한다. 노인여가복지시설에서 치유농업의 긍정성을 유지하기 위한 장기적 관점에서의 운영관리는 거버넌스, 파트너십, 재원마련의 필요성과 이들이 정합된 정책반영의 선행이 요구된다. 이와 같은 시사점 전달과 이행은 향후 치유농업에 대한 긍정성을 확대하는데 기반이 된다. 이는 궁극적으로 치유농업을 보다 활성화하며, 지속가능함을 통해 인간의 육체적, 정신적 건강에 긍정적, 특히 고령화 시대에 고령층의 건강에 보다 적극적으로 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
There have been increasing interests in vegetation-based activities since the late 2000s which deliver positive impacts on both humans and the wider environment. In particular previous studies have provided a lot of care farming-related evidence that harnesses physical and mental benefits to humans. However, despite of the great positive impacts of care farming such problems have been happening regarding the sustainable management of such care. In addition to that, there have been problems in not only general maintenance, but also management. This calls for sustainable studies. Therefore, this study aims to understand and present implications for employees' perceptions for management in the context of a long-term perspective in order to continuously harness the positiveness of healing agriculture. The data collected through the interview targeting to employees in elderly welfare facility were analyzed by Textom software where text mining analysis was employed with further analysis: frequency analysis, N-gram analysis, TF-IDF analysis, connection centrality analysis, and matrix analysis. The study results show interesting findings: first, forming active stakeholder involvement-based partnership, second pursuing governance-based community revitalization, third framing income generation through securing professional manpower for long-term management of healing agriculture. Accordingly, it draws implications for the application of an integrated plan that matches governance-type maintenance, public·private-involved partnership, policy-led governance, partnership, and income generation. Perhaps the ideal concluding remark is that management in the context of a long-term perspective is required to long maintain the positiveness of healing agriculture in elderly leisure welfare facilities which also requires governance, partnerships, and the necessity of income generation as well as policy-centred coordination with the overarching dimensions. The delivery and implementation of these implications are the basis for expanding the positivity of care farming in the future. It will ultimately, contribute positively to human physical and mental health through vitalizing activities and managing the sustainability of care farming.
