초록

We investigate long-term motions of the cable when cable hasdifferent types of periodic forcing term. Various different typesof solutions are presented by using the 2nd order Runge-Kuttamethod under various initial conditions. There appeared to besmall- and large-amplitude solutions which have different nodalstructure.
