Abstract

The inauguration of WTO and the revitalisation of regional trade agreement(RTA) are accelerating the globalisation. The capital market is open and the international migration is growing more and more, as well as the commercial products and services trade is on the increasing trends. As the economic globalisation tends to change socio-culture, daily life style and interpersonal relationship patterns, we have to consider its influence on the mission policy and strategies. In order to set up and Implement a more effective mission strategy, we have to make up by rational method the time and space constraints, material and human resources. At first, we should build up commercial firms' missionary activities which correspond to the revitalization of products and services trade. Trying to connect the main tendency of globalisation to the mission, it's effective relatively to activate a mission model to the neighboring countries. It's necessary also to set up a package mission strategy based on a cooperation system of public organization-industry-university or academy-mission organization. We need to reinforce the strategies making efficient use of the migrants as economic activity subject. In total, the mission strategy that uses the liberalization tendency of products and service, capital, labour force as key factors of the economic globalisation is not to replace current mission policy and strategies, but to complete a sustainable and flexible system according to the international environment changes.
