이 논문은 기독교인의 사회적 책임 문제를 “한국기독정치학자”라는 영역으로 축소시켜 다루고 있다. 한국기독교정치학자의 개념을 세 가지 차원의 교차라는 관점으로 보고 각각의 차원에서 나타나는 사회적 책임을 축차적으로 다루었다. 사회적 책임의 혁명, 캘빈주의 세계관, 하나님의 성품, 복음적 분업, 복음의 역사성 등이 이러한 분석의 도구와 과제로 활용되었다. 분석의 결과로서 한국기독정치학자의 사회적 책임은 인애와 공평과 정직에 대한 역사적 분석과 실천에 있음을 발견하였다. 구체적인 내용으로서, 정직한 탐구활동, 한반도 평화, 민주체제의 정착, 공평한 분배의 실현 등을 추구하고 실천하는 행동들이 한국기독정치학자의 역사적 실천으로 강조되었다. 결론에서 한국기독정치학자가 겪을 수 있는 게토화의 위험에 대한 경고를 언급하고 있다.
Abstract
This paper deals with the social responsibility of "the Korean Christian Political Scientist." There are three dimensions of the subject. This paper approaches the subject by discussing each dimension one after another. Within the approach, there are various means of analysis such as the revolution of social responsibility, the Calvinist world view, the personality of God, dial ion of labor in gospel, historicity of gospel, etc. As a result of analysis, this paper finds out that the social responsibility of the Korean Christian political scientists is to perform the historical analysis and practil rof charity, justil rand honesty in Korea. For example, honest research activity, peace of the Korean peninsular, the consolidation of a democratic regime, and the establishment of just distributive system could be the historical calling for the Korean Christian political scientists. In its conclusion, this paper warns of ghettoization as a danger that the Korean Christian political scientists could commit.
