주민주도형 아카이브 만들기 : 구술기록을 활용한 마을이야기

최근 여러 지자체에서는 아래로 부터의 역사쓰기에 방점을 두고 마을 만들기의 활동으로 지역활동가 구술사 교육을 진행하고 있다. 전문적인 구술사 교육을 받은 지역기록활동가가 수집한 구술 기록은 마을의 역사에 대한 높은 이해와 관심으로 관주도의 기록 수집과는 다른 풍부한 내용의 기록을 수집할 수 있다. 이글에서는 '㈜ 이야기너무 교육 및 활동', '문화운동공동체 '이공' 활동', '군포평생 학습원-우리 동네 기록활동가 교육', 평택시민이카데미 "서정리, 1950년대 풍경과 이야기" 사례를 소개한다. 또한 마을아카이브 관리 방안으로 관주도형이 아닌 지역기록활동가(주민주도형)의 적극적, 능동적 역할의 중요성에 대하여 제언하고자 한다.
Abstract
Recently, many local governments promote oral history eduction of local artivists as part of Town Creation focusing on bottom up history writing. Oral history collected by local record activists trained in oral history can gather rich record contents because of high level of understanding and interest about town history, different from government-led record collections. This statement introduces cases of "Education and Activities Beyond Stories Inc.", "Cultural Movement Community 'YiKong' Activity", "Gunpo Lifelong Community Center-Our Town Record Activist Education", Pyeongtack Citizens' Academy "Seojeong-ri, Landscape and Stories of 1950's." In addition, for town archive management, it intends to suggest the importance of active and positive role of local record activists (resident-led) rather than government-led type.
