The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the degree of exercise adherence by occupational soldiers on resilience and military job satisfaction. The research method is to verify the hypothesis of influence and correlation. The subjects of the study were 673 occupational soldiers working at the commandos who responded to the questionnaire and non-probability sampling was applied for analysis of their experience in sports, sports and physical activities. Statistical verification power is both positive and positive.05, 1-β=.the data were analyzed by applying technical statistics, correlation, and multi-recovery analysis, which were set based on 95 and ES.3 or higher. reliability is cronbach ⍺ .928 and the degree of momentum .904, resilient elasticity .796, military job satisfaction. it turned out to be 937. an exploratory factor analysis was conducted to determine that all questions except the questions 10 and 16 of resilience were reasonable. Studies have shown that, first, the correlation between all items and factors is great. Second, occupational soldiers' intention to sustain their exercise is a factor that predicts resilience β=.367 and exercise expectation β=.195(p<.001) with a capacity of 29 per cent. Third, occupational soldiers' intention to continue their exercise is to predict military job satisfaction β=.249, expected to exercise β=.249 (p<.001) with a 36.8% capacity for explanation. Fourth, The resilience of occupational soldiers is a significant predictor of military job satisfaction and self-regulation β=.260, interpersonal β=.466, positive β=.183 (p<.001) showed 65.4% of the explanation. In conclusion, the intention of a professional soldier to continue the exercise is an influence factor to improve recovery elasticity and military job satisfaction, and recovery elasticity is judged to be an influence factor to improve military job satisfaction. Therefore, it was confirmed that it was necessary to provide a physical, psychological and social working environment to maintain physical and mental health and physical strength through continuous exercise and improve resilience and military job satisfaction to improve the work effectiveness of occupational soldiers.
