직업군인의 자원봉사에 대한 인식과 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 대구경북·강원도지역 근무자를 대상으로 -

본 연구는 효율적이고 발전적인 자원봉사활동이 이루어지기 위해서는 무엇보다 자원봉사활동의 전문화가 중요하고 필요하다는 인식하에 많은 전문직 종사자 중에 그 동안 연구가 미흡했던 분야인 직업군인을 대상으로 다음과 같은 연구문제를 가지고 조사 분석하였다. 첫째, 직업군인의 자원봉사활동 참여 실태와 참여 의미는 무엇이며, 둘째, 직업군인의 자원봉사활동 인식은 어떠하며 참여 방법은 무엇인지, 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 직업군인의 자원봉사 활성화 방안은 무엇인지를 알아보았다. 연구결과 직업군인의 자원봉사활동은 자발적 참여로 지역주민과의 유대강화와 부대 이미지 개선에 도움이 되는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 활성화 방안으로는 부대 내 인식변화, 다양한 프로그램 개발, 보상체계 등 동기부여가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 연구대상의 지역적 한계, 조사기관과 조사자에 따른 통계현황의 상이함으로 인해 연구결과를 일반화하기에는 다소 무리가 있다. 후속 연구에서는 이점을 고려하여 자원봉사활동에 영향을 미치는 다른 유의미한 요인들을 찾아내어 좀 더 구체적이고 깊이 있는 연구가 진행되길 희망한다.
Abstract
In this study, with the recognition that specialization of volunteer activities is important. a field where research was insufficient among many professional works, career soldiers were surveyed with the following research questions. first, what is the status and meaning career soldier's participation in volunteer activities. second, how do career soldiers recognize and participate method in volunteer activities. third, based on this, a plan to revitalize volunteer activities for career soldiers was found. As a result of the study, volunteer activities of career soldiers were voluntary participant, it was recognized as helpful in improving the relationship and image with local residents. it was found that motivation such as perception change, various program development, and compensation system is needed as activation measures. However, there is a limit to the generalization of research results due to the difference between the regional limitations of the study subjects and the statistical status. in the follow-up study, we hope that specific and in-depth research will be conducted in search of meaningful effects on volunteer activities.
